PU Line Marking


SPORTS PU LINE MARKING is a premium-quality, two-component polyurethane coating specially developed for permanent line marking on polyurethane and synthetic sports flooring systems. It provides excellent adhesion, high abrasion resistance, superior weather durability, and outstanding UV stability, ensuring sharp, long-lasting, and highly visible court lines for both indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

Application

Ensure the playing surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Mask the required line width with high-quality masking tape. Thoroughly mix Component A (Resin) with Component B (Hardener) in the prescribed mixing ratio until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Apply evenly using a fine brush or roller. Remove the masking tape before the coating fully cures to achieve clean, crisp line edges.

Precautions

Apply in well-ventilated conditions while wearing appropriate protective gloves and safety equipment. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of accidental contact, wash immediately with soap and water. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep containers tightly closed when not in use.
