PU Rubber Glue

SPORTS PU Rubber Glue2K is a high-performance, two-component, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive specially formulated for the installation of synthetic turf and rubber flooring systems. It is designed for application on dry, sealed surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, and mosaic. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it offers excellent bonding strength, superior filling properties, and long-lasting durability.

Application

Apply the adhesive using a notched trowel on a clean, dry, smooth, and level surface. Ensure the substrate is free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, and other contaminants by thoroughly cleaning with brushes or compressed air. Mix Component A (Resin) and Component B (Hardener) completely in the supplied fixed weight ratio until a uniform mixture is achieved. Apply immediately after mixing and install the synthetic turf or rubber surface within the recommended working time.
