PU Turf Glue

PU Turf Glue 2K is a two-component, polyurethane-based, solvent-free adhesive specially formulated for the installation of artificial turf and rubber sheets. It is suitable for application on dry, sealed substrates such as concrete, asphalt, and mosaic surfaces, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. The adhesive provides excellent bonding strength, superior filling properties, and long-lasting durability for high-performance sports flooring systems.

Application

•  Apply only to clean, dry, level, and properly sealed surfaces free from rising moisture.
• Use a notched trowel to ensure uniform adhesive distribution.
•  Thoroughly clean the substrate by removing dust, dirt, and loose residues using brushes or compressed air before application.
•  Mix Component A (Resin) and Component B (Hardener) thoroughly in the supplied fixed weight proportions until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Apply immediately after mixing, following the recommended working time.
